SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

  • Answer a busy switchboard and direct calls accurately and professional to the sales floor / office
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Manage meeting room bookings ensuring double bookings are avoided
  • Manage and maintain reception and waiting area ensuring presentable and clean at all times
  • Prepare reports as required
  • Maintain accurate attendance register

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years experience in reception
  • Matric
  • Diploma / Degree advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS office proficiency
