Qualifications Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent to.
Experience At least 2 years’ experience in the Chemical industry, preferably in the Warehouse.
Duties Check stock, validate physical quantities against the paper work (delivery notes);
Receive stock in the system using a mobile device (scanner).
Check COA against the product specifications;
Liaise daily with the procurement or buying team about missing documentation.
Compare stock and COA’s;
Filing of documents;
Assist with other Receiving related tasks as and when needed;
to work overtime.
Job Competencies Work accurately,
Attention to detail.
Good admin and recordkeeping skills.
Be able to work independently and under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skill as applicant will interact with Purchasing department daily.
Good problem solving ability.
Be able to carry out instructions.
Knowledge and experience of AX.
