The Manufacturing Clerk is primarily responsible for compiling and processing production data within Pastel. The daily duties of the position include collating production data, verifying production data and processing of manufacturing in Pastel. The position may occasionally require mobility to see many different areas of a factory in a given day. The Manufacturing Clerk will be required to perform various administrative and accounting tasks. We’re looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong math skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently. The ultimate goal of the position will be to ensure that the accounting procedures run smoothly.
•Compiling and verifying daily production data.
•Process production data in Pastel.
•Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed.
•Verify financial and other data (e.g. tax identification numbers).
•Enter data and maintain updated records.
•Assist with account reconciliations.
•Assist with monthly debtors reconciliations and statements.
•Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues.
•Report the status of products, accounts and discrepancies.
