Job Purpose:

To provide administrative support in the asset recovery process for Iemas Financial Services.

Job Outputs:

  • Registrations and de-registrations of vehicles with the licensing department
  • Draft relay letters, update member accounts and monitor STI payments
  • Vehicle stocktaking
  • Systematic and secure filing of relevant documentation
  • Preparation and provision of documents required by third parties
  • Compilation of valuation reports for repossessed vehicles and payment to valuators

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • Certificate or diploma in Administration

Experience:

  • 1-3 years€™ administration experience in the financial services industry

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory bodies e.g. NCR and National Credit Act
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
