The successful candidate needs to have great people skills, excellent communication skills, sales experience, live locally in the area they are applying to work in, driver’s licence and own transportation, and the ambition to succeed in a sales role.

Training will be provided for those entering the industry. Please note that the first 3 – 6 months of your legislative training (internship) will be financially trying and you should be in the financial position to survive the first few months potentially without an income. However, once you start selling properties, your earning potential rises exponentially.

Candidate Requirements


  • Matric
  • Good written and spoken English, additional languages advantageous
  • A keen interest in the real estate industry
  • A successful and proven sales history
  • A high degree of commitment, integrity, and adaptability
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking and working
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to negotiate and network
  • A sense of diplomacy
  • Service oriented and a team player
  • Financial acumen
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Adobe (Computer Literate)
  • Own laptop
  • Driver’s license and own transportation
  • Applicants should be able to survive at least 3 months with no income
