Are you a highly motivated and dynamic person with debt collecting experience?

ECCM seeks to employ a highly motivated and dynamic individual with debt collecting experience. You will be required to contact debtors telephonically. You will be responsible for maintaining a complete debt collection portfolio. You will be required to master the collections system to appropriately and effectively work the debts assigned to you.

You will be required to display verbal skills and communication techniques to manage people to effectively and successfully collect on the debt. You need to be able to work unsupervised after initial training by holding the percentage of debt recovery on the collection desk at industry standards.


· Previous experience as a debt collector

· Proper grammar and good spelling

· Reasonable typing skills

· A persuasive negotiator who is quick thinking and able to use information at hand to quickly work out result oriented remedies best resolving issues for all parties.Send cv to :
